        My mother has been coming here since it first started in Kensington and we have been loyal customers ever since. The quality of fish is superb but we were struck about how poor the customer service was by three of the staff. My mother, was reprimanded over not taking a basket even though she had. So we left with less than happy feeling. Frederick please sort it out as I see other people have felt the same. Belinda and Henrietta McMicking
