With Marc you're getting years of experience dealing with high end real estate conversions, large developments all the way to HMO's. Not only is Marc an architect but also does a significant amount of project management and tendering. The nuggets you will get even in the first few weeks of mentoring will save you time and money, far exceeding the cost of mentoring.
