Amazing studio, great vibe, gorgeous decor and quality materials. Excellent instruction and class. This Pilates Mat class is no joke and will have you craving more as soon as you leave the studio. The addition of cardio really amped it up. Worth the , great results. Loved it. Cant wait to return.

I used to love going to Heartcore, in my opinion the best Pilates reformer studio in London. Unfortunately, I got pregnant and yes, need to say unfortunately because that is how they made me feel. I do Reformer Pilates quite regularly and I have done so throughout my pregnancy until teachers and company started making me feel uncomfortable about going. Teachers made modifications whenever I went but then clearly called the office to 'flag' I was pregnant and going to normal classes.... At the time, they had no pre-natal. I get contacted by them some time later in regards to their pre-natal offering... GREAT! Oh no wait, at 3 pm in the afternoon. As a working woman, no chance I can salut the office at 2 pm to go and do my pilates class, so who are we exactly targeting here? After being contacted, I realise my profile has been marked with a 'pre-natal' flag. Booking a class becomes almost impossible... I start feeling to have been black-listed so show up at a class as a drop-in and guess what... there are spots available! Not finished here! They call me later the same morning telling me I am not allowed to attend their normal classes. This is how far they went to ensure my 'safety'. I am really disappointed in the way they handled this. If they really cared, a) they would put pre-natal classes at a time working people can attend b) they would train their teachers to adjust the classes in the way they do for new starters. But hey, I can always go for private classes, for the affordable fee of 90 per session!

I used to go to the heartcore studio classes in the City pre pandemic and they were great - then during the pandemic I switched to online and it was all fab until they revamped their platform and increased their prices as a result. I tried to sign up for a trial to see what it was like before I committed to the monthly subscription and I couldnt get in. What then followed was a series of exchanges between the well meaning front office folk who instead of facilitating my access cancelled the trial. Anyway I never got to try a class. I have since found another US website which offers both reformer based and mat based online classes, which I can follow on my reformer at home. All at a fraction of the price and without the access issues.

First time and loved the ambience here, city is my regular spot. Attended the yoga and aromatherapy workshop with Chantal and Deborah. A really enjoyable afternoon. Tumerica lattes, redemption buddha bowl - yin yoga, all rather delightful. Left so in my zen, I forgot a bag. Hope there are more workshops like this. Thank you. Lovely venue!
