I visited recently Westbourne Grove store and I feel like I have to share my experience there which I don't do often. The girls name is Aga and I received best customer service ever! - I spend 1hr in that store listening about fragrances, which was fascinating as she was talking with such passion. We both share love for perfumes so it was delightful conversation about everything at the end. Of course I found my new favourite fragrance l'eau Capitale. I highly recommend visiting that little boutique and u will be reminded what great customer service is in these busy times when ppl forget to even smile. Well done Diptique- Aga is a gem.

Last week I went to diptyque at Westbourne Grove to buy a gift for my wife (her 30th birthday) and I have to admit that I had one of the most wonderful experiences Ive ever had. The staff were honestly so helpful, very knowledgeable and they made me feel valued. I bought her a Baies candle and Eau Duelle perfume. I was also offered some samples for myself. I will definitely buy at this store again, firstly because the atmosphere was fabulous but also because of the outstanding service I received. They really took their time to introduce me to the brand and I could feel that they genuinely wanted me to have a nice experience.
