I rented my property through Strutt & Parker, with Charlotte Hewett showing the property before I moved in and then helping out when I had to move out early. Charlotte was brilliant and an absolute superstar from start to finish, going above and beyond before, during, and after my tenancy to help me with anything I needed. I have lived in over 20 properties around the world and can safely say I've never had the pleasure of working with someone as helpful and professional as Charlotte - she was always quick to reply to me about any queries, incredibly polite and friendly, and went out of her way many times to help me with things she had no obligation of doing so. The Strutt & Parker team is very lucky to have someone like that on-board and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family if they ever need a new property.
