If I could give Stumper fielding a 6/5 star review I would. I recently visited Stumper Fielding, and I was blown away by the level of customer service I received from Hugo. From the moment I walked into the store, Hugo greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and was more than happy to assist me with my needs. Hugo took the time to listen to my specifications and offered helpful advice on which products I should look into that would be best suited for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store and had a genuine passion for for what he does that really shone through in his enthusiasm to help me. Throughout my time in the store, Hugo was patient, kind, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed. He was also happy to answer any questions I had, even those that weren't directly related to the products in the store (like a restaurant suggestion). In addition to Hugo's exceptional customer service, I was also impressed by the high-quality products available at Stumper Fielding. The store had a wide range of well made dapper clothing and gear, and everything was reasonably priced. Overall, I cannot recommend Stumper Fielding and Hugo enough. If you are just visiting London or you live there you must visit it. It is an absolute gem. Thank you, Hugo, for making my experience at Stumper Fielding a memorable one!

I came to return a coat that had quality issues. Buttons came off after 10 min. The person at the desk was frustrated and repeatedly shouted at me before agreeing to return my money. Its the fist time I see such a poor customer service. Dont buy here if you can avoid it
