Poor experience with Raluca. While I will say that the colour turned out reasonably well, but I found her demeanour patronising. I needed a tint and toner and was asking some basic questions about the process, she barely bothered to respond to me and when she did, it was in a condescending manner. While I was getting my hair washed, I asked whether I would get a toner to make sure that the tone wasnt too warm. She said they would wash my hair once then air dry it so I could assess and make sure I was happy with the colour and go from there. Halfway through the wash, she changed her mind and told the girl to double wash and condition. I said to her ok, but I am quite picky with the tone, if I feel like its too warm, I will ask for a toner, I hope thats ok. This was to let her know that maybe it was better that we check the colour first so that we dont have to take double the time washing if I wasnt happy with the end result. She said rudely dont worry, nobody is trying to rush you out. I ended up air drying my own hair and getting out as quickly as possible. Shame as Ive been going to Haris for many years and I have found the stylists Ive dealt with in the past friendly and professional. Raluca wasnt and I dont recommend you go and see her unless you want to be made to feel uncomfortable and stupid if you dare ask her any questions. Service: Hair coloring
