Dr P J Reid - Pembridge Villas Surgery

I can not recommend PVS enough! The doctors are knowledgeable, patient and caring and the reception staff is polite and professional. My family and I have all visited the surgery over the past 5 years and every visit has been great. I can't even recommend any specific doctor as they are all amazing! Dr Ramsden and Dr Sebastian are highly experienced and thorough but also very compassionate towards their patients during both emergency and non emergency visits. Dr Mistry has seen my son on several occasions and he is very kind, gentle (and adept of course) and its clear children take an immediate liking to him. The walk in clinic is busy sometimes but I've never waited more than 15/20 minutes for a visit even at its busiest times.

I have been with this surgery for over 41 Years. The Doctors are the best in London but most importantly I can be seen on the day I attend the surgery without having to make an appointment. The surgery is clean and its facilities are second to none. I just don't understand why other Doctor Practices are unable to follow the excellent service this surgery provides.

Pembridge Villas Surgury is the most efficient GP practice around, especially when raising small children. Dr Reid is gifted in communication skills as well as reassuring with his academic seniority. All available doctors inspire confidence.

Rude reception staff every visit. Cramped space. Waits for walk-in are too long. Appointments have a 10min hard stop.
