        The business practices are quite cheeky. They make you pay in full for your apt months out - and you cant submit it to your insurance because the appt hasnt happened- so they make money on your money while youre out for the privilege of booking. The Dr and hygienist we had were friendly, professional and competent. My only complaint is their unfair unusual business practices . If theyre worried about no shows, then take 1/2 payment as a deposit- but full payment before any work is done to hold your spot - is a bad business policy - maybe its a way for them to legally weed out what they deem undesirables that dont have loads of money?! Either way, extremely distasteful!

        Iam a very nervous patient, but I felt so comfortable during my treatment I almost fell asleep, that's never happened before, and a job well done too, will make this Dentist my permanent one now..I found what Ive been looking for , for years in a Dentist..very happy indeed
