DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit due to them charging double the amount of money as agreed prior to the work carried out. They are complete cowboys that have no clue what they are doing.

AVOID THE SCAMMERS. The most unprofessional and manipulative company/repairmen. They tried to invoice 5 times the regular price to repair a blocked sink and took 5 hours plus there were 2 men while one played on their phone and made conversation with us the entire time. Additionally one of them hit on my flatmate and tried to coerce her to come outside at 3am to meet him in his car after she refused multiple times as she had a partner. So wrong and unprofessional and disgusting from all areas. The landlord started an investigation and this money will definitely not be paid. The invoice has all sorts of fictional details in it which never happened and they wanted to charge 1,300 from the total only for a leak survey when there was one pipe which we showed them which was no even leaking anymore and they didnt fix. The amount of lies and delusions is hard to explain.

Won't be using again. The engineer did a decent job, but massively overestimated the required effort which they sold me for a "fixed price". Eventually, he finished in half the estimated time but had to pay in full because I trusted him that the fixed price was a good deal. When I compained they did not care.

would not recommend! was quoted for wrong non defective items to be replaced. only after i had the system re-checked by a trusted connection i was able to find this out. the quote for non defective items replacement was over 3k
