These guys were actually always pretty good with supply and delivery unfortunately the issue is with the accounts department. There emails were going into our spam folder and instead of picking the phone up and making sure the communications had been received they instead sent the balance to a debt collector and we now have a larger balance to contend with the fees etc... from the debt collector. Really poor show!

Glad to have found them. They had everything I needed from coffee machine cleaner to mugs so saved me time going to different shops. Great customer service, helpful staff. Will use again.

Absolutely poor service!! Been 4 weeks and I havent even received my products. I spoke to the manager one day before placing my order and he said that I would get my goods on the next day. I had made quite a large order too. It had been 4 weeks since I made the order and now I had to get a refund because Mr Andrew, who claims to be the director of the company was being rude and moaning about the situation. He was talking very rude on the phone which didnt make sense because I am the one who should be disappointed with the service but instead he was getting rude. In addition, if there is a delay on the delivery which I can understand, the company could have bothered to email me or contact me but they did not do so, keeping in mind that I would get everything the next day. Waste of time, dont bother to purchase anything in bulk from these guys.
