Dreadful female staff member.. My daughter called here, after trying 4 others, to get a new gas card. The dreadful woman behind the counter wouldn't give her one as she doesn't always top up there!!! Was going on about commission from the cards. My daughter told her she would to up there, she had already been to 3 shops and they hadn't got any cards and she was out of gas. My daughter is pregnant and has a small child. She made my daughter cry... She should be totally ashamed of herself!!!!!

Staff are great, nice and accommodating; When they are open its all good. They fall down on opening times and their lack of availability. They're also closed way too often and for people who work regular 40 hour work week; this makes accessing their services difficult and intermittent for the end user. NPS Score of 7/10.

Very nice people who try to help, but they seem often confused and provide misleading information based on assumptions around weights and dimensions. Then try to blame it all on you saying its not easy to give advice, deny what they said and then blame you. My advice to them is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, dont make assumptions, and accept responsibility for the information they give to their customers. Edit 25/08/2021: Thanks for your response which only confirms what I said above. This is your business, so you should know how to advise your customers and that includes asking the right questions, and not making assumptions. If you can't manage that, then you are not very professional. Good luck.
