        Amazing service from Steve at Firmcare Mobility, Walsall. Steve went above and beyond when I was looking for a riser recliner for my father. He even sent videos via WhatsApp of the chair in motion, so that I could understand the Tilt-in-Space mechanism. Upon ordering, I was given a delivery estimate and then a text to confirm the date. Upon delivery, Steve went through all of the operating instructions with my mother, who is delighted. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

        Very disappointed with this care company. Cold called my 94year old parent who lives on her own. Arranged a visit for a sales pitch. In this climate of covid and the vulnerability of calling to an elderly person on their own this is not a responsible company.
