My wife and I approached this company with a view to updating our wills. The service provided was second to none. We had, we thought, sorted out what we wanted to happen when we popped off and these ideas were written up by Benson Williams and our wills were prepared accordingly. Having given our situation further thought by the gentleman who wrote up our wills, although the wills were prepared, when it came time to sign them we were advised by our contact that, although we were told it was our decision, that we could be letting ourselves in for a possibly very heavy tax bill. The wills were then completely re-written at no further charge and duly signed accordingly. We have since recommended them to family members who we know will be taking our advice and would not hesitate in recommending this company to others.

Prompt response and initial meeting went very well. Learned a great deal and so glad I took the time to get the advice. Courteous and professional throughout. Documents returned to me a week later for the signing which again was very well managed by Jim and Pete. Thank you gents and I thoroughly recommend BW to anyone looking to make their Will.
