        Poor, items not received, had to wait 30 days for a refund. What should of happened is they should've enquired with royal mail as to where the parcel was. No.apology Not

        Extremely speedy service. Helpful staff, and they sell items which are not available elsewhere. As an ordinary member of the public, I have bought from them for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

        I ordered some Wella shampoo which is what my hairdresser uses. I couldn't get it in the shops but found this site and was happy with their service and the product itself. The bottle is 1 litre and will last for months. I will certainly use them again.
