        Booked a taxi for 4.40am on the app and had no quote on a price. Thought it was something I did wrong so cancelled and booked again immediately and again no quote. Called up and asked if they can give me a quote and was told no and they would call back. They did eventually and was told it would be just under 10. Got in the taxi and the tariff started to rack up 30p every 10 seconds (which I was unaware they had in the cars) and the driver took the longest route around rather than a direct route and ended up costing me 5 more than I was told. If I knew this beforehand I wouldve just got an Uber. Never again
