Awful company and customers service. The first time I used them I asked if they took card payment, they simply said yes. When I am about to pay for my ride the driver tells me he takes cash only. I didn't have any with me, I call the company, ABSOLUTELY unhelpful, they basically just told me to sort it out with the driver. It was THEIR mistake, but I have to sort it out! The driver was NOT helpful at all either, even more awful! I am in the car with my two children, he simply demands his money insisting I go somewhere to get the cash. I offered to make a bank transfer, he refused, I asked if he can collect the money the day after as they have my address, as the company suggested, he said NO. Absolutely disgraceful people and company. I had to walk to the shop, and pay a 2 fee to get cash from the machine. Don't use this company it is all I can say. I wouldn't even give one single star.
