        An excellent engineer visit replaced 4 month old Beko washing machine lock. I was very impressed with explanation ,what he was doing and possible causes of fault. Also good advice using machine . Very cheerful even though one of the last appointments.Thank you would recommend

        Very good service,our new grundig washing machine started to make a loud bangging sound. Grundig service department use A2 in our area. A repair man called Adrian arrived on the agreed day and found the problem, he made a minor repair to keep the machine running, but needed a new part. Adrian returned with the new part and fitted the part, he tested the machine to make sure all was now ok. very good service well done
