        My partner waited an hour for her nails on a quiet Sunday as this was the only place that we could find. The nail technician was rude; did not acknowledge my partner at all, no hello or any form of greeting. The nail was cut to a different shape than what was requested; there was no apology. The staff kept changing through the work.
