I used their website to check which battery would be suitable for my car (by entering my reg number), then ordered & paid for, the battery, to be installed an hour later. I had broken down fairly near the store, so drove straight there after a jump start. After waiting an hour, the fitter opened my bonnet and said the battery wasnt suitable for my car and offered me a refund. He told me that their website wasnt accurate, so he suggested I try a different store. Total waste of time and I was given no help to solve my predicament. I left with no information on what model of battery I should be searching for. I wont be using Halfords again.
