        Just called because they have a property listed on rightmove. All the woman said was "sorry it went over the weekend, ok bye" Hi you let properties, I'm a person looking to rent! Yet you couldn't be bothered to stay on the phone for 30 seconds to find out if you had anything else. I feel sorry for landlords who list with you. Clearly more interested in getting listing fees than actually filling properties.

        Best landlords/ letting agent i've ever used. Any problem , give them a ring and they send a man round. Always spot on with boiler safety checks. Staff are friendly and polite. They use the TDS scheme and for the first time ever, having lived in rented accomodation for 20+ years i actually got all my deposit back. Very fair. You do have to 'jump through a few hoops' like credit checks etc. but well worth it as their rent prices are usually a bit cheaper than the average. Was with them for 4 years at my last property in chatham.
