Really great team. They came out to come and run some tests on our car on our drive, but in the end, it had to be taken back to the garage. 1 day turnaround on the work at short notice and at a reasonable price, would recommend.

This was my first time going to this garage and I can't see myself taking my car anywhere else from now on. Fantastic customer service, all work carried out and done to a very good standard and no hanging around waiting all day for the phone call to say its done. I highly recommend. Great service. Very friendly and efficient. Had brakes/pads replaced and an MOT. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future!

Multiple faults occured whilst car was in their care, fuses blown during electrical test(initially done incorrectly) they took part fault and replaced for free (as if its a favour for me when its their fault). Car didn't even start when I went to pick my car up, startermotor was no longer working (whilst in their care) which they called a coincidence. They put the fault on me resulting in another 192 charge. Had to wait 5 days meaning I have to pay 22.80 daily for public travel. Fan blower replaced speed 1 2 3 and 4 was working before fault only speed 4 working now. Again its my issue. Mechanic on the day stated why did you replace your fan blower and waterpump as the ones he took out was in working order. However when I went to pick up days later he changed his story saying the blower was ceased (was it in working order prior or ceased?). Stated maybe it's the heat resistor meaning you've guessed it more charge for me. Zero responsibility taken beyond their faulty testing which partly resulted in multiple fuses being blown. Refused any form or compensation for additional costs or inconvenience. I was told a price of 312, however when I wanted to take my starter motor which they removed from my car. I was told additional 48 surcharge for my own startermotor that is apparently faulty. Now I should have been informed of this prior to arrival when I was quoted the price on the phone. I was not until I arrived to pay. Overall hundreds of pounds more, stress and inconvenience caused. No responsibility taken other than fuses.
