I recently swapped to vodafone the customer service has been terrible.The person that was serving me put me on a different contract since i told them no to.I literally had to wait 2 weeks for my number to swap over.I had to call the vodafone time in order to put me on the right contract.Personally i feel that there has been a lack of communication and the staff wasnt really helpful.

I can't say anything bad about the staff because they're all willing to assist you. Nevertheless, they frequently don't coordinate with other departments. As customers, we anticipate dealing with just one person to address our issue. Yet, the Vodafone system makes it appear as though all employees, including those who work in call centres, have screens that are blocking one another. The management needs to comprehend this and simplify everything.
