        We are looking to have a new carpet fitted and I have to say Marcus in the Gravesend branch provided great advice and dedicated time to is to help make the right decision. Our Estimator Tim Branscombe arrived to measure up and provide details. We were very pleased with Tims professionalism and extremely personable nature. Tim left is fully informed and a very good price. Would highly recommend.

        Neil at Gravesend store has been amazing during our visits to the store, he has in-depth knowledge of carpets. He helped us decide the best carpet for our house. His customer service skills are amazingly helpful. He was our reason to buy carpet from Carpetright.

        My daughter and I went into this store and we were served my Mike. He was extremely helpful and honest and very knowledgeable,sadly they couldn't make the timeline I had (one week's notice) but would definitely use them another time.
