        Had to attend the windmill Street branch which is like going into an elderly relatives house, dated and musty, interesting waiting room that resembles a care home day room, not very professional at all

        I am based in Ireland and was made executor of the will of a friend in Kent who died in 2021. I stupidly decided to use Stantons to handle the will. They refused to make any calls to me because I am based in Ireland. I was forced to call them a number of times because they didn't respond to my emails. I have serious issues with a couple of matters regarding the handling of the will. I have raised the issues with Stantons and they haven't responded to this either. Anybody in need of a solicitor in Kent do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague!
