A nice family medical practice with good customer service on the fore court -highlight a courteous staff called Nicola, she is class and very helpful ....responded well to my concerns and even followed up with a phone call to keep me abreast of things keep it up .

I have been on hold for 1 hr and no one has answered my call when we are told to call back the next morning for appointments and we get this. Awful practice very unprofessional.

To be honest, from all surgeries I have been registered with, Pelham Surgery was the best for us. They would answer the phone, make same day appointments, order tests, prescribe proper treatment. Really sad when I had to move away.

The receptionist at this place unprofessional rude! I run out of my inhaler nearly died in front of the door she refused to talk and help. Would recommend to put that receptionist on performance review! Otherwise would not recommend. Will report it once I found out her name. 13/10/2022

One of the doctors i had an appointment with, just didnt seem interested, didnt really listen to what i was saying, he was just tapping away on his keyboard. The last time i went there, it took me two weeks to get an appointment. When i turned up, i was expecting the place to be packed. Nope, just me and one other person in the waiting room. I dont understand it, i have trouble getting a slot, yet when i do, im pretty much the only one there. I wish i had never transferred over, and stayed with my other doctors.
