        It was my first time visiting the salon. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere of the place and ladies there have been especially helpful and professional. Very clean place, calm atmosphere and really good location. Meric took a really good care of me! She did my manicure and pedicure so gently. Very warm and beautiful lady :) I was happy to find this gem in Gravesend!

        Recieved a gift certificate. Woman from the front desk came in whilst I was receiving my treatment to say she did not think my voucher was valid. I explained it was and did not appreciate the accusatory tone. I explained that I had not forged a gift certifcate. She then interrupted my treatment again to tell me my voucher was valid which I knew it was. It was hard for me to relax afer this unprofessional treatment. I won't be returning. It has gone downhill since I last used them in the High street. The massage was basic with no information obtained before my facial, such as my skin type or skin concerns etc. Service: Massage
