        Machines seem old with dedicated machines for specific things eg cheque deposits only. Other banks have multi tasking machines. In addition and worse - No sense of urgency from staff. Customers waiting and then leaving without been helped or even spoken to. May as well replace the lot with robots. Oh - that's on the way I'm sure.

        Used to be really good, but not having the same business bank manger year on year never looks good. sometimes i wont hear from anyone for 2 years, not worth calling them as that never works. So far this year 3 deals inc a business mortgage has been done through other companies because the bank managers don't get to you.
