        From initial contact, to having central heating working again, took just over an hour. As luck would have it, the engineers were in close proximity to my address and managed to squeeze the job in. A lovely girl from the office phoned to say the guys would be with me within half an hour. 10 minutes later I received an email to say they were on the way followed by a knock on the door,they had arrived. They quickly diagnosed that the pump had failed. Went away for 20 minutes, returning with a new replacement. 20 minutes later the were finished...job done. No mess, top notch engineer and a really polite apprentice. Thanks Vitalis, I wouldn't hesitate to use you again and will be recommending you service to others.
