        I've been a member for circa 2 years now. Having to bring all your muscle groups together to reach your clean & jerk aspirations is a great challenge! Attending the strength & conditioning classes alone knocked 1 minute off my 5k PB. I've found it a much better environment to train in than a soulless commercial gym. Fair play to Emma for setting it up and all her hard work.

        What can I say, Emma knows her stuff. I was looking for a new direction in training and the benefits in the first 6 weeks have been amazing. My 15 year old comes as well and hes dragging me to get there. The added bonus is the cycling gang, who would have though that fitness could be so fun!!
