My wife left work early to attend an appointment at Pegswood after 1st appointment was cancelled at Ashington and this was the soonest available. She travelled from Longbenton to Pegswood 18.5 mile only to find out her appointment was cancelled again. The reception said they called and left a message (1 1/2hrs before appointment) but no call was received or message. Poor service by Valens Medical yet again.

Not a great impression of a surgery Ill be registering with. My 4 year old had a high temperature and suspected tonsillitis and when I rang to get an emergency appointment they said we couldnt get one. We are moving into the area and literately have the forms filled out but said he would get an appointment until they are processed. So rang around others that all said the same. Baffles me really as apparently you can get a temporary registrations for emergencies like this one and two we literally had the forms to register. Told to ring 111, with the services so stretched such a disappointment that we were told to go to them with something they could have solved. Hope once we are registered its a better experience.
