        My computer was operating exceedingly slowly and needed the battery replaced. Steve installed a new battery, cleaned up the computer and installed a solid state drive(SSD) - the result is astounding. I am very very pleased with it. Thank you.

        I cannot believe the difference that the extra memory Steve has installed has made to the speed of my computer - its amazing! Im so pleased I thought to mention to him how slow it was, and that he was able to come up with a fix (and so quickly) without his advice I would have still been sitting here, putting up with a slow computer and blaming cookies!
