Ordered some parts off the website for my sons scooter on 04/05 & paid 4.95 for 3-5day delivery 20-days later & still nothing! Contacted them twice, told first time it was due to one of the items coming from EU warehouse thats fair enough but the other items have still not arrived & they all showed as in stock online when ordering? Contacted again last week to be told the order was lost but it would be delivered the following day 2-days have passed & still nothing! not even as much as an option to cancel the order or an offer to refund the 3-5day postage which they couldnt deliver on! I will now try to cancel my order & get a full refund (including the postage) & buy the parts elsewhere Will update how that goes! TBC

Needed some parts for my speedfight 3 but wasn't sure on the correct part. I was a little put off at first because I couldn't get to speak to someone on the phone and had to email instead. So glad that I did email, what followed was a fast exchange of emails that answered all my questions and even advised me on what I could do next to iron out a few other issues for my moped. The service is first class.
