Responding to S.Jabeans poor review. This gentleman attempted a last minute reduction in price by several thousand pounds which we advised our client to decline. It is our policy to always achieve the best price and outcome for all of our customers. Mr Jabean wasn't very happy, hence the bad review. Our Lawyers will be suing him for damages.

If you are going to buy a property through this agent be very cautious. I have recently had a very unpleasant experience, leaving me feeling ill and 1,000 out of pocket. I was in the process of buying a property through them, which should have been straight forward, as it was a short chain. However the vendor hadn't provided the correct documentation for building work, so things dragged on. I lost my buyer through unseen circumstances, but within a week of this happening found another cash buyer. The agent wouldn't even give me the grace of a few days to find another buyer and resold the property to someone else.

Nicson were fantastic from day one right up to moving in. I sold and purchased a home using their services and they were a massive help throughout the whole process.
