I would not hesitate recommending Austen Jones Solicitors and specifically Paul Allen to friends and family. During the length of the conveyancing process there were discrete moments in which I felt Paul went above and beyond to serve my interests. I would also be considering them for future transactions and property miscellania e.g. general advice and enfranchisement.

I contacted Ian and his team after having a personal injury claim involving a non fault dispute in a public place. He was courteous and professional and very black and white as to the best advice for each step of the process. He was personally very knowledgeable and even took on follow up parts of the process as he felt strongly against some of the comments raised by the other party's insurance. I cannot recommend enough, my case was handled in its entirety through Covid and although a lengthy process from beginning to end, the main source of delay was due to court hearing availability and backlog of cases. Ian was always very transparent as to the costs involved and what may or may not happen dependent on evidence. 5/5
