The Gardens Surgery

I have been pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Hannah in reception. She was so amicable, friendly and efficient when I have needed to telephone the surgery to make appointments on two recent occasions. My post is mainly based on her. I've had poor experiences before and dreaded having to contact the surgery but she has restored my faith in the Gardens Surgery which I have been using for over 30 years!

I have been attending this surgery for over 20 years and my experience with the receptionists, nurses and particularly my doctor has always been highly professional, efficient and helpful. Hats off to them for not letting their standards drop, even during the extremely hard times of the pandemic.

The rudest receptionists especially on phone calls, really need to check their attitudes and work on themselves a little. Should be helping patients not making them feel bad for being sick and calling. So off putting to an otherwise lovely GP.

Despite the pressures of the MHS and the inevitable difficulties all GP surgeries are facing, the staff at this surgery are fantastic - all of them. They've looked after my family over the last 25 years and I'm so grateful to them.
