Most GP surgeries are pretty bad with the 8AM phone call lottery to get an appointment but this place is one of the worst weve ever had. If you actually manage to connect on the phone, you have to explain your symptoms to a non medically trained teenage receptionist for them to essentially judge whether youre worthy of an appointment. Even if you get an appointment it is rarely in person as they prefer to do everything over the phone rather than physically talking and looking at you. Prescriptions take days to get sent over, they send you to other centres for basic services as they dont have nurses, their wait and see approach has resulted in our 7 month old daughter ending up in hospital for a week. Its no wonder hospitals and A&E departments are completely overrun when you have GP surgeries like this unwilling or incapable of providing the most basic of services.

Have had nothing but good experiences from the staff and the conjoining day Lewis pharmacy. The staff go above and beyond to manage how they can with the resources they have. They deserve so much more funding than they currently receive. I have had many issues with conjoining services and today Jasmine one of the staff on reception personally called my clinic to tell them they had sent the wrong document because I had been telling the clinic for a long time. Anytime I have an issue they listen and try their best to resolve it. I had an emergency the day before my first day of work and they managed to send it to a pharmacy near my place of work so I could access it and felt better on my first day. They work so hard and deserve more recognition.

The surgery still using Econsults as a method to book a basic telephone appointment which takes 2 days for anyone to get back to you. If anyone does that is. You cant call the surgery as youll be on hold for 2 hours plus. Forget about it if you want a face to face appointment theyll fob you off and send you to another surgery. Since Covid the surgery has gone down hill and adopted lazy ways of working.

Absolutely pathetic ridiculous surgery! I was booked an appointment and then I was told by a receptionist who isnt qualified to be a nurse practitioner or a doctor and Id be seen by a nurse practitioner and he or she will decide if my symptoms are bad enough to be referred to the hospital and then she said a clinician will examine me and then decide what two and I have to wait two weeks and I said I could be dead by then and the sarcastic woman told really be dead within two weeks and remember shes not a qualified medical woman and then she said the clinician (I said doctor) will decide and o told her youve answered my question as a nurse practitioner isnt a qualified doctor! The receptionist at this practise think theyre doctors and nurses and theyre not they are RECEPTIONISTs nothing more! Once you get past them to book an appointment or speak to a trained medical person is non existent! Of o could rate a 0 I would
