Wow, what an incredible result after just one massage. THANK YOU Lauren is 100% how you want a masseuse to be. From the minute Lauren set up the couch I felt comfortable, relaxed and knew i was on the right hands. (No pun intended) Lauren was so knowledgeable on what my body needed & has a lovely nature that makes you feel at ease. The massage was amazing, like any sports massage, areas that need addressing are not exactly pleasurable, but my body was fixed and felt amazing after the session. I have been seeing Lauren for deep tissue sports massages. She has focused on working out the root causes of some issues I have with my posture and made a real difference in improving my mobility, which has been great. I found that Lauren really thinks about what needs to be done to resolve problems rather than just performing a general all-over massage. She has a holistic mindset and also gives practical advice on what you can do to continue improving. She is also very considerate in her approach, creates a relaxing environment for the treatment, and takes into account any feedback you give during the session. Would highly recommend visiting Lauren. After struggling with pain in my back and quad for while she managed to get them feeling better than ever. Will be returning. Made very comfortable through out the whole experience and she showed me some stretches to help with my quads.

Lauren is a really intuitive masseuse who takes time to work out how to help relieve symptoms. Her massage is always very relaxing, and deep tissue work is excellent.

I was referred to Lauren by a Biomechanics / Yoga teacher to help with a repetitive strain shoulder injury, which I'd not been able to resolve through Physio. Through careful assessment, Lauren identified the problem was my subscapularis. The resulting massage therapy & recommended exercises addressed the issue and made a massive difference. I fully recommend Lauren.
