Excellent, professional, and courteous. I was very happy to deal with Colin; the car I purchased was good-quality, no outstanding fault codes, exactly as advertised. A few small servicing items, but nothing out of place for a 10-year-old car.

I bought a Citron C1 from Colin November last year. While Colin himself was really great and I wasn't treated like a 'silly woman' like other carsales mend tend to do, a few features from the car were missing. I wasn't told anything about HPI 7 day insurance. My car wasn't cleaned or washed and had cobwebs throughout. I had to go do this myself which kind of took away the exciting new car feeling. The car also didn't come with 12 months MOT as the website promises (only 5). I would just be careful and ensure you get what the company states on the website.
