I Found dealing with a specific member of staff extremely difficult. This person found it necessary to make judgements on my cv that were unwelcome, unconstructive and rude during a phone call I had. Recruiters should make you feel confident about a role not fill you with doubt. It's funny to see a comment under this message from the very person who gave the unconstructive criticism. Rude, arrogant and childish owners of this company.

I have dealt with this company many times over the years and my experience has always been positive. I particularly liked the personal approach from Sally Emmett. However, that seems to have changed for the worse, at least going by my experience in 2020. The personal response seems to have been replaced by standard responses or even non-responses which is very disappointing. I wonder if this is related to company changes in 2015 and the new management has lost the magic?

This company is tremendous in what they do especially Lewis Cox who was in constant contact with myself every step of the process after being offered an interview, he rang me or emailed me practically every day and was available at all times if I needed advice. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend to all without a doubt especially Lewis who is a vital cog in the company.
