I have used Motolegends for sometime and made quite a number of purchases. My recent purchase, Klim Switchbacks, via mail order, arrived 2 days later (with a returns voucher, should it be required). An efficient and prompt service, as always. All good.

Best shopping experience of ANY retailer. Fantastic personal service and a good selection of products. Excellent helmet fitting/adjustment from Chris. This is definitely now my go to for motorcycle gear.

I've been twice and I wont be going back. Their interest in fit is what interested me and why I drove nearly 300 miles down the country to be properly fitted out. The experience and advise I got in the shop both times was first class and I personally like the personal shopper type experience. Their products are all the best available but they are expensive compared to other retailers often for the exact same thing. Fair enough I'm happy to pay the extra based on the advise and personal attention to fit that you get. The problem is, they don't stand by their products or their advise. The first visit I made, I was sold a top quality textile suit, but I noticed when riding it that I could feel wind on my chest coming through the zip. I emailed them thinking they would offer to replace the jacket. No other jacket I've ever had before or since has done this. but their answer was to try and sell me a windproof base layer. I thought that was a bit poor. Ive had jackets for 1/3 of the price that you can wear a tshirt under and dont feel wind coming through the zip. My second visit I let them as experts measure my head and fit me a helmet. 589 to note. I was happy with it in the shop but once on a short ride it was obvious it was a poor fit. I emailed them and asked if I could return it but was told the best they could do was have a look at changing padding if I pop in. Yeah that's a 10 hour drive and a day off work. I pointed that out and heard nothing other than they had made contact and as far as they were concerned the matter was closed. I'm sure like all other less than 5 star reviews I will get a sarcastic reply about how I'm all in the wrong, but remember. If something goes wrong with motorcycle gear you've bought from Sportsbikeshop. They are always helpful, you don't get a sarcastic reply to reviews you leave and they are significantly cheaper..... Update: Sarcastic reply arrived as expected.

I was in the market for some new boot's. As I was watching youtube researching Daytona boots Chris' video came on, until this point being new to biking I hadn't heard of Moto legends before. I was really impressed with the way Chris explaned the differences between each boot in the range, at the end of the video Chris mentioned about the pricebeat so I shopped around and found a very good price and these guys beat it by 10%..... absolutely amazing! Ordering was very simple, I called up and spoke to a very friendly lady that placed my order in the system. Less than 24 hours later the parcel arrived, excellently packaged and presented. I went for the roadstar boots and having just finished a 3 hour ride the boots caused me no issues straight from the box! So to sum up, I can't fault these guys Excellent information, Excellent service, Excellent product!
