        Lead time of 1.5 weeks to come and look at my excavator, cancelled the morning of the day they were due and rearranged for the next day then failed to show up or even contact on the day they were due. Very disappointed, even in the current difficulties another email to rearrange, apologise or even cancel wouldnt have taken much effort. Wont be bothering with this shambles again.
