        Hands down best bike shop I have ever dealt with! I travel 40 miles to use P&S and won't have anyone else touch my Santa Cruz bikes. The knowledge and support on all things SC is unrivaled. Howard and the team are absolute stars! Nothing is to much trouble. Can't recommend enough. Thanks P&S for sorting my VPP issue! Legends.

        I purchased a bike from Pedal & Spoke even though they are 200 miles from where I live, I got a great deal, superb service and a rocking bike. Ollie the technician set the bike up for me, spent time understanding my ability and generally sharing his awesome knowledge to get the bike right for me. I watched him work on a bike and hes meticulous and methodical. Howard is a super nice guy, handled all my pre-sale questions with ease and put my mind at rest with a few videos of the bike once it was prepped and ready for collection. I cant fault these guys, if you want honest and solid advice with friendly and knowledgeable service this is the bike shop for you. Thanks Lads and all the best, Ill be back for my next one. Chris

        Brilliant customer service: quick, communicative and fair. Found and fixed an obscure creak on my Bronson with minimal fuss and got me back riding ASAP. Will be buying from them from now on :)
