My experience is I am from Bath I made order last Friday I had it late delivery by 38 mins when tried calling for my order they did not pick up phone I then had the owner of speedy arrive I explained and he made me call the shop to prove to him he then promised if I order again and not to pay as he said I have same order for free, now the last 4 days I been calling and tonight calling and some lady on other end keeps saying sorry can't hear you bad line and now not picking up phone this is bad service and unfriendly restaurant making promises they not going follow through please avoid or go else where this is not what you need on a takeaway service....

I will start off positively. The food was okay, not great, but nice. My Donor Kebab Pizza was lovely, the chips tasted good and considering we live about 25 minutes away, I think the time between ordering and delivering was done in good time. Sadly, they forgot the Cheese on our Cheesy Chips, as well as forgetting a second can of drink to go with the second kids meal. These were no deal breakers for our kids but it was a fairly straight forward order so disappointed to not get exactly what we wanted. We could have phoned to either send it back or have them deliver the correct order. But we had already waited just over an hour for our food. Not their fault, as we live 25 minutes away, but more to our annoyance that things were missing, as we were not going to wait another 40 odd minutes for the matter to be corrected. Secondly, the children's Chicken nugget meal was very small. My 5 year old son ate it all wanting much more. Thirdly, the overall quality was very Run of the mill so to speak & did not warrant the 44 price that we paid. So 2 stars is fair, in my view. (3 stars had the correct order came, 4 stars if also the price was about 15% cheaper, 5 stars if on top of all that, the food had that X-factor taste)
