Everything you need from a contractor! Reliable, knowledgeable, polite, efficient, considerate. The list goes on. Lee looked at a leaking tiled roof for us recently and completed a couple of other minor jobs at the same time on the guttering and soil pipe. Arrived when he said he would, discussed and completed the job efficiently with no fuss or disturbance. The job was priced fairly too. Lee has done two jobs for us, solving issues unresolved by previous roofers and is about to do a third. He is prompt and professional at every step of the way. He is also clear speaking with no pretensions, so you understand the job and the work needed. After getting a number of quotes from roofers who basically wrote off our roof and advised a costly full replacement, we were very happy to find Lee who was able to give us an alternative suggestion for the condensation issues we were experiencing. We appreciated that he inspected the attic space very thoroughly before giving us some advice on how to tackle our problems. Following this he installed a number of vent tiles to improve ventilation in the attic and cleared all of our soffits (outside and inside) which were completely blocked to improve airflow generally. Whilst he was up there he carried out any maintenance he noticed needed doing such as replacement of broken tiles, clearing and fixing gutters, installing gutter protection etc. We now feel that our roof has had a really thorough service which will hopefully give it a new lease of life for a good number of years yet. We highly recommend Lee who is competent and personable and his work is thorough, professional and efficient. Thank you Lee!
