Dr Woo is lovely. She doesnt rush me, and really listens. I feel very cared for by her and Im very grateful.

So very disappointed. Having a worrying condition with my blood Have had two blood tests so far but because the didn't have the correct vile was called back this Morning at 7.45 am thinking great everything is going to be sorted But no waited outside till 8am as they don't open till then, only to be told we don't have the correct vile and don't know who sent you the appointment for that time anyway. Does anyone know what's going on????? So very disappointed

Not fit for purpose. The system is now completely broken.

Been registered here my whole life and will never be returning. Had mental health problems for the last 4 years resulting in overdoses. Not once have I ever had a conversation with a doctor about my mental health and have had the phone shut off on me multiple times. It is appalling the way reception staff are to patients.
