Bought the hand wash from Lucknam park spa after using the products in my bathroom there. The hand wash lather up unlike any other, its absolutely beautiful as is the fragrance.

If I could give no star, I would definitely do. Poor customer service with unrealistic reasons. I have been to a spa where their product was displayed for use and I liked the fig and vanilla for which I put an order for hand, body wash and lotion 2 of each. I opened the 1st bottles, the smell does not last and is faint. Such a poor product unlike the one I used in the spa with a different transparent package. Their customer service emails to tell me that they cant return the unopened extra bottles which i purchased. What a company. there are brands out there with similar price range which are way better in quality than you. Plus what I experienced is just written by another customer in these reviews. Your company wont survive with a service like yours. During my lifetime in UK, you are the only one who dont accept unopened purchased products, even the most famous companies and supermarkets do. Such a strange one! I would say be away from this company- I lost 77 purchasing very low quality product which they dont admit, apologize and return.

I've swapped from Korres to Natural Spa Factory for my face oils. They're less heavy, a better price and all the better for being a UK company. Very happy, glad I found them!

The shampoo doesnt perform well. You need a lot of product to wash your hair properly. Its a shame as the smell of Fig & Vanilla is amazing.

Ordered the Fig and Vanilla sulphate free shampoo and conditioner set and didn't like how they perform. The formula is very drying and I won't be using anymore. Tried to contact CS to return the items and was told not possible.
