He talk me through what was available at that moment. I will not lie, I was desperate to look for a new car just because my car got broken unexpectedly. I really appreciate Bradley, for your outstanding support because you booked me an appointment to see the car straightaway. I traveled to see the car together with my wife and I receive a wonderful welcome. He showed us what was available at that time and my wife and I tried to get into the car and finally purchased the car. Within a week I finally got my new beautiful car. I definitely thought of giving 10 stars due to the exemplary services they have provided during the time I wanted to purchase a car. I have just collected my new to me TT RS Vorsprung and could not be happier. It is one amazing car. A big thank you to Bath Audi and Tim P who was an excellent ambassador for the brand and very professional in getting the sale put through. Thanks also to Bradley who did the handover, again very professional and helpful in familiarising me with the sat nav and other controls. I have been away from the Audi brand for a number of years, but it is good to be back.

Retaining custom is the make or break of a servicing department, and Bath Audi gets it right every time. From the minute you arrive, you are greeted by a welcoming smile at reception. Whatever your need, they'll direct you to the waiting area and offer you a hospitable coffee or tea while you wait. Once you are introduced to your servicing department advisor, you are comforted by the expertise and levels of detail in relation to your car and its full history, providing the reassurance that your car is in great hands. For the more curious amongst us, there is also a large viewing window, which gives you unobstructed views of the servicing bay, which is so clean and organised, it further reassures the car owner that their car is in the best hands. Moreover, updates via call and/or email keep the owner fully up to speed with progress, any unforeseen developments (such as secondary inspection faults or mechanical issues), including options for remedy, and tracking of vehicle preparedness for pick up. The cherry on top is the complimentary wash on completion, ready for you to collect and drive assured your car is in top shape. Overall, whilst the initiated will know they can't go wrong with an Audi, the after-sales care and professionalism of this dealership should encourage a prospective owner to seriously consider an Audi car.
