Peacehaven New Priory vets are fantastic . They apply empathy to the care of pets and the owners. Especially in stressful upsetting circumstances. All the reception team are amazing so helpful and friendly. The best vet in the World is Bronwyn. She has saved our 2 Boxers from a number of situations. With a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love for animals. We always know our dogs are in the best care when we visit. I can only say good things about the New Priory. UPDATE: You can't even get through on the phone without an automated option system, then being put in a queue and on hold indefinitely. Sadly, not what it used to be. Practice moved without even telling longstanding customer. Unbelievably unhelpful receptionist needs seriously training on customer care. If you define good vet care as charging as much as possible then I'd give five stars!

Possibly the most empathetic, fast acting vet in the area! After having had a bad experience at Meridian Vets, I immediately came here. I was greeted with the best possible response from the receptionist in the emergency and handled all the admin side after the main priority was taken care of, the animal in question. I cannot fault these lovely people and have subsequently made them my primary vet! I actually cannot praise them enough for their efforts in that moment! Thank you especially to Megan, she was very thoughtful and caring of the situation at hand!
