We were welcomed by staff on arrival and shown to a clean bright table where the four of us had different meals and drinks, delivered by our waitress and waiter who were polite and friendly. Our fare was exemplary and we will definitely be returning to this wonderfully conjovial establishment. Spotless cutlery and tables that are not sticky show that it is possible to provide a top class experience locally with the right team to attend to their customers needs.

Rooms: Room was spacious with everything promised. We felt safe and secure the whole time and very comfortable. Pillows are like clouds!! Towels and toilet paper provided. Plenty of coffee etc provided in the room. The bedside lamps incorporating usb sockets are great. Bus stop for Brighton is 1 minute along the street so it's cheaper than driving and parking. The room had information for local takeaways etc - there's pizza and Chinese within walking distance. Sainsbury's local is across the street. Free WiFi worked great. Cleanliness of the room couldn't be faulted. Food & drinks: Excellent quality and value for money. 2 courses and 3 rounds of alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, for less than 80. Parking: Parking for guests staying in the rooms is to the laft of the building. Could probably manage 8 cars if people park considerately. No problems with block ins while we were there.
